Take control of your nutrition & health to balance your wellbeing and thrive. Coaching with Jane Marshall Holistic offers a collaborative approach to achieve the change you want. Self care, even when life is complicated, can be made simple.
Combining current nutrition, health and coaching sciences; Jane offers a client lead, evidence-based approach. Clients choose the coaching approach that suits them best. Agreed process and tools will be put together collaboratively during consultation.
Guidance is based on whole food first, optimal nutrition, that is sustainable. Supplementation supported by evidence may be recommended where appropriate. Holistic (biopsychsocial) factors are always considered.
Jane supports clients to identify and connect with their intrinsic “why,” listens actively, offers perspective and supports clients in a caring and practical way. Clients may choose to include Jane for any ongoing accountability including regular contact each week and half hour follow up consults to check in and adjust progress.
Experienced in busy lifestyle, sustainable body composition, training performance, peri & menopause, as well as longevity investment nutrition; Jane also draws on experience in gut-brain connection, anti-inflammatory nutrition, allergy & Intolerance, and Menieres management.

Create an effective plan for your best version of health with evidence based nutrition and/or lifestyle changes. The plan will be holistic including your priorities for eg nutrition, social, exercise, sleep, stress, health, family.

Check in, celebrate the wins, adjust next steps. Dial down on your details to make changes sustainable. Evidence based adjustments made to macro’s, supplements, exercise practise, changes in your life.

2 Month Nutrition & Health Prescription Pack
Take out the guess work. Calculated metabolism, exercise activity, kcal target & optimal macronutrients for your body composition or performance goals. Exercise can be included in the prescription. Support over time to ensure success and sustainability.
