Hi! I’m Jane Marshall - a certified holistic & sports nutritionist, accredited health coach & degree qualified exercise physiologist.
I’m here to help you take control of your nutrition, balance your wellbeing & thrive. Self care, even when life is complicated, can be made simple.
Holistic nutrition & health coaching achieves the change you want through a collaborative approach. I practice a client-lead, evidence-based consultation & follow up process. I will listen with curiosity, ask deep digging questions & support you to find your best solutions.
Nutrition guidance is based on optimal whole food first, lifestyle habit adjustment, & targeted supplementation. Think carb appropriate, diverse plant fibre, quality lean protein & healthy fats, but with no food off limits as diets don’t work. I provide clear advice, proven strategies & regular check-ins to adjust progress.
Nutrition prescription is for those who prefer a calculated tracked approach to goal achievement. We can structure a tailored nutrition prescription; tracking metabolism, kcal, macros, energy expenditure & exercise for your body composition, sport nutrition or performance goals.
My current academic interest is improving holistic wellbeing, with a particular focus on reducing systemic inflammation & improving brain health, to support management of Menière’s disease.
In addition, I am experienced in busy lifestyle, body composition, strength gain, peri+menopause, energy restoration, teenage wellbeing, neurodiverse gut-brain connection & longevity investment nutrition. I also have an incredible network of specialist colleagues for referral when required.
